Service Drive - Customer Satisfaction Representative

The Service Brand Ambassador (Customer Satisfaction Representative) is the liaison between our dealerships and service customers. Responsible for making sure our customers are happy with the service they received from our dealership in our Service Department.

Qualified applicants are excited to help customers and care about people. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer Satisfaction Representatives can put themselves in their Customer's shoes and advocate for them while also protecting the dealership's best interests. Customer feedback is important to us as we want to ensure we represent our Golden Rule Dealer Culture to every person we get the honor to serve. Problem-solving also comes naturally to Customer Relations Representatives. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don't have enough information to resolve customer concerns.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high Customer Satisfaction. We want to be the top dealership in the Nation in Customer Satisfaction and we need someone to help us do that. This position is a support to our Service Advisors to help us provide our customers with top level service and improve our Customer Satisfaction scores with Hyundai. Our standard is to be the top dealer in the country in Customer Satisfaction and we are looking for someone to help us do this. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers with a smile and warm greeting on the Service Drive at our Hyundai Carson Location 
  • Be prepared each day to know which customers are coming in and greet them by name
  • Support the Service Advisors and be their back when they are busy with other customers so our customers don't have to wait
  • Follow up call with ALL Service Customers within 24-48 hours to ensure Customer Satisfaction for both Hyundai Locations (Carson and Long Beach)
  • Educate them on the dealer satisfaction survey 
  • Ask for reviews on DealerRater and Google 
  • Lead Customer Satisfaction improvement process for all Harbor Auto Group dealerships to assure our Customer's perspective comes first
  • Serve as a liaison between the dealership and the Customer
  • Trend and track all customer concerns, surveys, and scores for each store in an excel document (This includes Google, Hyundai, Dealer Rater, and Yelp)

  • Computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Previous Car Dealership Experience preferred
