Here at Opus Business Consulting, we have been leading in sales and retention for our clients since 2015. We focus on bringing in new customers and retaining existing customer relationships, our focus is not on sales but on being problem solvers for our customers.
We are looking to hire our virtual team to service the northern Greater Pittsburgh area. We are still meeting with customers face to face, our schedule is hybrid, our meetings are virtual and our in-person customer-facing part is conducted daily.
Customer Service Specialists are required to start with a week of virtual paid training.
Our focus is working for technical clients, supply chain, and security, bringing in new customers and retaining existing accounts
The job duties include:
-Customer retention
-Sales/upgrades
-Managing equipment, i.e., tablet, computer
-Managing video conferences via Zoom for training and client meetings
-Face-to-face customer interaction
-Data entry training
-Corporate communication training for customer accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $964.00 - $1,019.00 per week
