RSVLTS is on the hunt for a Customer Retention Manager, reporting to our Director of Marketing, to elevate our strategies, ensuring our diehard fans remain engaged and loyal to our innovative apparel collaborations with giants like Disney, Warner Brothers, and NBC Universal!

As a leading figure in a pop culture fashion landscape, we're in search of someone who can work at pace, showcase impeccable attention to detail, and lead with strategy and insights. Your proficiency in leveraging retention tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be paramount.

This is an in-house position, all candidates must be able to work out of RSVLTS HQ at least three days per week. To join our dynamic team, please send us your resume and any relevant work or case studies that demonstrate your expertise in Customer Retention.

So, what would your day look like?

  • Develop and implement Customer Retention strategies to enhance relationships, subscriptions, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Data Science & Analytics to identify key drivers for retention and formulate segmentation strategies.
  • Oversee subscriber communications across all customer touchpoints, including new customers, at-risk stages, and re-engagement efforts.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and report on the outcomes of various retention initiatives, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Technology, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising to drive unified retention efforts.

What you bring to the table

  • Minimum of 5 years of retention marketing experience, with a focus on lifecycle programs, segmentation, and automation strategy.
  • Agile mindset, open to rapid iteration based on results and learnings.
  • Direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage high-performing teams.

Required Skills

  • Documentation and Time Management.
  • Deep understanding with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo; Braze and Asana is a plus.
  • Strong Presentation Abilities.
  • Proficient with Content Management Systems.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset.
