A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
- Deliver key information to recently funded clients, reinforcing themes that will foster client success and protect the company against portfolio risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients, as well as developing existing client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters pertaining to your portfolio of accounts.
- Act as your client’s representative to ensure expectations are exceeded with emphasis on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about client behavior and identify trends.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress updates of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report on key account metrics.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 3+ years of proven work experience in account management, customer service, collections, or customer success roles.
- Experience making a high volume of outbound phone calls to customers.
- Solid experience with CRM software (ex. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Strong track and experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to multi-task, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening skills and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
