We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to help us lead the Vendor of Record process. As a Trex Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to manage receivables/payables with Home Depot and distributor partners. This role is a key member of our Retail Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Put safety first – Always!
  • Lead and foster our “people first” culture.
  • Partner with Home Depot, distributors, and Trex internal teams such as IT, field team, and accounting to execute initiatives for THD business to help achieve key sales and performance goals.
  • Manage communication of monthly execution priorities with the Territory Account Representative team.
  • Responsible for entering POs and processing checks to 3rd party vendors and distributors.
  • Work with Trex accounting team on retailer deductions, payments, and claims.
  • Work directly with retailers and distributors on payment processing.
  • Manage and track team budgets, process payments, and enter monthly accruals.
  • Maintain communication frequencies with key retail contacts at corporate headquarters and the operations division.
  • Main point of contact internally with marketing, customer care, customer experience, customer service, and accounting.
  • Key point of contact for Trex Customer Care Call Center regarding issues dealing with Home Depot.
  • Pull and analyze ad-hoc weekly sales reports from Home Depot supplier hub.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and 2 years of sales experience. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a data analyst.
