About the position
TheClient Relationship Specialist (CRS) is the primary administrative and customer support role responsible for the efficient and smooth-running operation of the branch office. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest standards of customer service, safety, compliance and quality. Working as part of a team the CRS is accountable to manage back office financial processes needed to maintain customer service excellence, profit margin objectives and profitability. The CRS is the professional, front-line communicator and problem solver with customers.
Position responsibilities
· Manage customer accounts, process work orders, invoice and track payment workflow.
· Service new and ongoing customers with enquiries, problem resolution and scheduling; provide timely certificates to customers; reach out to past customers.
· Manage all office activities: phones; correspondence, files, report preparation, data entry, office procedures.
· Maintain quality measures, accurate records and safety documentation.
· Ensure all operations are in compliance with industry standards – ISO, DOT, OSHA safety regulations and coordinate annual environmental certificate program.
· Communicate with operators on concerns, truck or equipment problems and customer follow up.
Experience and skills
· Minimum 2 years office administration experience required. Prior experience in accounting and bookkeeping preferred.
· Experience with software systems (CRM, ERP, QuickBooks) and intermediate to advanced skills in internet use and Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Experience in small office environment where flexibility and multi-tasking are key.
· Friendly, professional, upbeat phone manner, who customers love to speak to.
· Exceptional customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong data entry and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of order to payment work flow.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
