Main Duty:
We are an innovative, virtual reality powered healthcare technology startup looking to hire a self-motivated and energetic person for our Customer Relationship team.
Main Duty:
- Help support our innovative device in physical therapy clinics/customer sites.
- Support device implementation and ongoing support.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
- Provide customer feedback to company and its development team.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate would be someone who has an interest in working for a startup.
- Must have a passion for new physical rehab technologies.
- Ability to travel between clinic sites.
- General aptitude and ability to trouble shoot basic laptop, hardware, and software issues.
