Job description

We are looking for a Relationship Executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a Relationship Executive, you will maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives and goals. You should also make use of CRM software to document your progress.

To be successful as a Relationship Executive, you should ensure alignment between our organization's objectives and each client's needs. Ultimately, an indispensable Relationship Executive will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients' interests. This is a 1099 position with very flexible schedule options and is 100% Remote. **PLEASE NOTE:** There is not an hourly or salaried pay in this position. This is a commission based position with residual income and additional earnings opportunities.

Relationship Executive Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
  • Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's needs.
  • Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
  • Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients.
  • Settling clients' concerns in a swift and professional manner.
  • Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients' needs and to maximize profits.

Relationship Executive Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Relationship Executive helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the United States required.
  • Ability to pass a BCI & FBI Background check required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to forge profound working relationships.
  • Ability to not only spot but also solve issues for our clients.
  • Must be very detail oriented and goal driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
