Customer Relationship Analyst

• Work as conduit between customer and dealers
• Answer questions, enter billing statements, invoices, reconciliation
• Soft collection of payments
• Boarding and documentation for dealers
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years experience in customer service, account management, or credit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, with particular attention to empathy concerning the dealers’ needs and concerns, and the ability to confidently discuss account performance with customers.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions to solve complex account issues or concerns.
• A critical thinker with the ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset.
• Thorough Knowledge of various software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the demonstrated ability to learn and adapt new systems, analytical tools, and processes.
• Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional project team

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
