- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years experience in customer service, account management, or credit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, with particular attention to empathy concerning the dealers’ needs and concerns, and the ability to confidently discuss account performance with customers.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions to solve complex account issues or concerns.
- A critical thinker with the ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset.
- Thorough Knowledge of various software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the demonstrated ability to learn and adapt new systems, analytical tools, and processes.
- Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional project team
