```Duties```
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule
- Review production schedules and prioritize job orders for timely completion
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records of production progress
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency
- Make outbound calls to vendors or suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving any customer concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with upselling products or services to customers when appropriate
```Requirements```
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus)
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self motivated
- Able to work unsupervised at times
