Job Description Qualifications:
The Customer Relations Event Operations and Regional Support Specialist has responsibility for coordinating day to day logistics related to customer visits, conferences, and special events. They will assist in coordinating customer events, including business and social arrangements for internal and external customers. Coordinates and executes logistical requirements while supporting the overall BGS goals and objectives. Require the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to make decisions consisting of the following responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts when a Regional Manager requests assistance.
  • Coordinate printing of events badges
  • Certain website data management; event data tracking
  • Create and maintain visit list in Tableau
  • In partnership with Regional Manager communicate with Sales and Portfolio Teams
  • Prepare necessary visit agendas
  • Logistics support for such as cross-functional teams, enterprise-wide events, etc.

Execute Agenda logistics including:
  • Request badges for Boeing sites
  • Transportation (Boeing Licensed Transportation, Metropolitan, Trucking, etc.)
  • Eurest Catering
  • Restaurant reservations
  • Hotel reservations (non-contractual)
  • Book Photographer
  • Boeing Tours- Renton and Everett VIP Tours, Everett public tours, Aircraft Integration Center, Customer Experience Center, and 737MAX Configuration Studio, Miami and Dallas Distribution facilities, Boeing Flight Training Centers
  • Miscellaneous reservation requests
  • Make appropriate and practical judgments based on the cultural/customs/religious practices of certain countries as they relate to events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, etc.
  • Coordinate amenities (through Boeing Store)
  • Baseline knowledge of CR tools: Certain, Touchpoint, SaleForce, event data tracking, etc.
  • Event registration & website focal (Certain Software)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

  • Organizational skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Interpersonal mindset
  • College degree

Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
