Customer Relations Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Order entry, update, and execution
• Expedition of Purchasing orders with suppliers
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Contribute to high performance as measured by KPIs (i.e. fill rate)
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Positive, consistent, and responsive interaction with customers, suppliers, and peers
• Maintain accurate data in all systems or programs
• Expansive use of SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
