Key Responsibilities
- Order entry, update, and execution
- Expedition of Purchasing orders with suppliers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Contribute to high performance as measured by KPIs (i.e. fill rate)
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Positive, consistent, and responsive interaction with customers, suppliers, and peers
- Maintain accurate data in all systems or programs
- Expansive use of SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
