A Customer Relations Manager is responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving relationships. You will be the liaison between the sales department and our customers. This may include meeting with customers, responding via email, phone call, and text with customers, responding to reviews via Google, and responding to comments and direct messages via our social and other portals, etc. You will be an advocate of our customers and our sales department. This position is key to our growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent grammar, type quickly, be able to express themselves via email, text and phone message. S/he will be expected to maintain the highest levels of Google reviews, VW reviews, customer retention, star ratings for sales and service and more. This is a key leadership position so s/he must maintain a positive demeanor, be professional in tone and dress, and be able to express themselves well in person as well.
Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Responding to reviews on all platforms including social, search engines, and other outlets
- Maintain highest levels of OEM ratings / google review / Care penetration and more
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
Requirements:
- We prefer a minimum of 3 years’ experience or equivalent in a different sales/customer management role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Experience in CDK preferred
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.This position is Monday through Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, occasionally later in some cases. You will need to work well with a team and express their concerns and needs well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
