Customer Relation & Retention Specialist- All Locations

Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly Onwards & Monthly BONUS

*Hours Needed:

Full Time (40 hours) Flexible Schedule & 4 Day Work Week Possible

Part Time (20 - 30 hours) Flexible Schedule

* Ability to work an occasional Saturday (team rotation)

What You Will Do:

Support the dealership’s business development efforts by setting both sales and service appointments. Develop and maintain strong Customer Relationships and provide exceptional customer service to all Karl Customers through phone calls and correspondence to promote business growth and ensure customer retention.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

· Be highly motivated and goal-oriented.

· Possess strong time management skills.

· Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.

· Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow both personally and professionally.

· Team oriented.

· Possess the ability to use technology applicable to roll and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.

· Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written).

· Outgoing, energetic and a track record of exceeding goals.

· Previous call center or sales experience preferred, but not required.
