Salary:

This is a hybrid position that requires some in-person meetings from time-to-time, with mostly remote work. Candidates must be based near Beaverton, OR. Up to 10% travel for customer trainings in other US locations.

The Role

We’re currently looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to work in a fast-paced and growing team. This role supports scheduling, site preparation, data entry and analysis, and communication throughout the Customer Onboarding process. You’ll work with trainers, sales staff, manufacturing, and internal operations professionals who are all committed to helping our customers launch as quickly as possible.


The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for handling large amounts of data accurately and quickly
  • Focus on time management and adherence to schedules
  • Fluency in Excel, Salesforce, and other data-intensive applications
  • A desire to help customers launch and run successfully on the world’s leading food waste prevention platform
  • Strong team skills and an ability to handle competing priorities
  • A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Training and presentation skills


The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in the early stages of our customer journey. You’ll help ensure that incoming orders from Sales map correctly to launch plans and manufacturing orders. You’ll coordinate meetings, collect data from customers, and resolve issues related to the early onboarding stage of the customer journey. You’ll also be responsible for inputting large data sets into the system and organizing them in a very detailed way to support customized client Tracker profiles. The Onboarding Coordinator will also occasionally deliver training to customers via web meeting or in person.


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working for a SaaS / data analytics company preferred
  • Presentation/training experience preferred
  • Familiarity with corporate foodservice operations preferred


Knowledge/Abilities

  • A passion for sustainability and reducing food waste
  • Flexible and willing to jump in and help out wherever it is needed
  • Extremely detail-oriented and excited to be “in the weeds” managing large data sets and meticulously approaching data entry assignments
  • High level of project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to adjust tone and content to relate effectively to customers, from front-line staff to management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a desire to go above and beyond for clients
  • Energetic, positive, confident attitude
  • Fluent with modern office software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, collaborative cloud-based applications, and able to learn new applications 
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment creatively and prudently to problem-solve with customers in a personalized manner
