Customer Loyalty Representative

TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Loyalty Representatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer experiences in a technology-driven environment.

• Provide top-notch customer assistance using Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SAP systems.
• Handle diverse customer inquiries including order placement, inventory checks, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline the order process.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements through technology utilization.
• Work overtime as needed to achieve our goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or a senior-level student expecting to graduate within 12 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinker with an aptitude for technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a preference for Excel and basic programming knowledge.
• Flexible to work different shifts, including potential overtime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
