TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Loyalty Representatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer experiences in a technology-driven environment.

- Provide top-notch customer assistance using Microsoft Office 365 Suite and SAP systems.
- Handle diverse customer inquiries including order placement, inventory checks, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline the order process.
- Contribute to efficiency improvements through technology utilization.
- Work overtime as needed to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder or a senior-level student expecting to graduate within 12 months.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinker with an aptitude for technology solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a preference for Excel and basic programming knowledge.
- Flexible to work different shifts, including potential overtime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
