We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Journey Specialist to join our US Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) Team! The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Customer Journey Leader and serve an instrumental role in evolving Customer Journeys. You must have experience in developing digital marketing plans, building Customer Journeys, and defining customer segments. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the Pasture and Land Management, Turf and Ornamental, Pest Management, and Crop Protection marketing teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help manage customer touchpoints across digital platforms and offline to improve the customer’s product experience and overall journey with Corteva
  • Assist in mapping and identifying Customer Journey touchpoints throughout the marketing funnel utilizing data and analytics across digital channels
  • Help ensure business planning cycles identify prioritized customer audiences and document the key performance indicators for each; includes:
  • Determine our ability to segment the key audience(s) defined
  • Map the current state for key audience segments
  • Influence marketing messages and tactics to address opportunities for improvement or optimization for key touchpoints in the journey
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications Managers, Product Managers, and creative agencies to develop campaign plans focused on the Customer Journey
  • Partner with the Digital Content Leader to cohesively build digital campaigns marrying customer experience with content
  • Help deliver local targeting and customer segments in collaboration with Data Science, Marketing Campaign Analytics, and CRM teams
  • Inform work with digital marketing team members that manage web, social media, email, paid media, and CRM initiatives
  • Work with Customer Journey leader to help inform Corteva brand seeds Customer Journeys with respective Crop Protection touchpoints and messaging
  • Communicate with analytics team to support reporting and measurement of key performance indicators identified by audience
  • Prioritize work based on impact to the business to achieve business objectives and ROI

Qualifications

Education:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Agricultural, Business, or related field

What Skills You Need:

  • You possess three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Journey Mapping, and/or Analytics
  • 1-3 years of experience working with optimization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar tool
  • Passionate about customer experience both online and offline.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working within large complex organizations
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving mentality
  • Work with team and independently to complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
  • You can work independently as well as in a team environment
  • You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • You have high diligence, can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent critical thinking skills

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Journey Specialist within the Agricultural industry

Work Authorization and Relocation:

  • This position does NOT offer a relocation package
  • VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Flexible (Two (2) Days Remote):

  • This role will be on-site at our Corteva location and Remote
