We are seeking a motivated and driven Customer Fulfillment Supervisor. As a Customer Fulfillment Supervisor you will lead and supervise the Customer Fulfillment and transportations teams! The individual in this role will be reporting to the Director of Inventory and Procurement. We are looking for someone who can analyze a situation and utilize critical thinking skills to provide necessary solutions.  

* Supervise Customer Fulfillment and transportation teams  

* Identify and resolve workflow and / or system issues 

* Understand and work in varying ERP systems 

* Understand customer requirements for processing orders and transportation requirements 

* Collaborate with multiple departments on various projects 

* Assist employees in finding solutions for customer issues  

* Maintain price lists and cross references for ERP 

* Ad Hoc Reporting 

* Retrieving documentation for audit requests 

* Ensure internal controls are adequately designed and operate effectively to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements  

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years Supervisory experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers 
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook) 
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service 
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices 

Education Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED - Required 
• Bachelor's degree - Preferred
