You will be the primary point of contact for customers, so it is essential that you have a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to interact with them in a respectful manner. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage starting between $15.00-20.50/hr. (based on experience and other factors)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Prior experience working in a customer service oriented role preferred.
- Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis required.
Position Description:
The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service for all our customers. This includes taking incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, providing advice on pest control services, and making other recommendations. You must be able to quickly assess the situation and make decisions accordingly while always remaining professional. You must also have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a good working knowledge of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Take both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers.
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Assist customers with their pest control related concerns.
- Have the ability to think quickly and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to multi-task and manage several conversations at once.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills so that you can address customer issues in an efficient manner.
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures correctly.
- Display excellent verbal communication skills to ensure customers are informed of their options and services.
- Exhibit strong listening skills so that customer inquiries can be handled properly.
- Remain calm and polite in difficult situations.
- Possess a friendly attitude at all times.
- Have the flexibility to work different hours as needed by the company, including weekends.
- Display a thorough understanding of the company product and services.
- Demonstrate excellent data entry and computer skills.
- Possess a professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
