In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be responsible for helping resolve customer inquiries, be adept to problem solving, detail oriented, have a positive attitude and a desire to help customers are key to this role. This position reports to the Sales Back Office Supervisor.
Primary Functions - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Respond to customers inquiries via phone and email promptly and accurately.
· Use customer service CRM case management to address customer issues and inquiries.
· Maintain positive customer relationships.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues.
· Demonstrate a positive and outgoing attitude.
· Maintain customer records and data.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Experience and Skills
Computer Skills
Windows and all corresponding office software suits.
Knowledge of MAS 500 (Bonus)
Knowledge of CRM software. Salesforce.com preferred.
Typing
Detail oriented
Language Skills
Strong knowledge of proper grammar and style. Strong writing, scripting, and copyediting skills.
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
3 + years of Customer Experience working with manufacture preferred.
Experience taking calls, responding to emails and case management.
