SCHEDULE: 5 Days/Week, Night Shifts (11:00PM - 5:00AM)
West Coast based online gaming platform is adding a Customer Experience Agent to their Portland team. We are looking for an outgoing, customer service professional. As one of Oregon's elite online gaming platforms, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of quality service and continuing our track record of outstanding response times. We go beyond the typical call center by focusing on player experience and problem solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will utilize a variety of systems and software to address the diverse needs of our players through call, chat, and email. As we continue to grow, we are looking for only the best in the industry. This is an ongoing temporary role, and Hybrid - training is in-office and will transition to working from home afterward. JOB DUTIES:
As the Customer Experience Agent you will be responsible for providing brilliant customer service via IM chat, email and phone conversations. You will also assist with gathering data that gets entered into workbooks for generating gaming probabilities. Regular duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer multiple customer requests through phone, chat, and email, as they come through the queue.
- Utilize resources to obtain solutions for customer issues.
- Maintain clear understanding of gambling laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Strictly follow company process and procedures when verifying customer and account date or other confidential information.
- Make outbound customer contact as needed for follow up.
- Set calendar reminders and follow up on open tasks/interactions.
- Research and resolve any failed deposits by customers.
- Research and resolve any GEO location failures from customers.
- Research and resolve any returned checks from customers.
- Review, verify, and approve customer changes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 1+ year of recent Call Center, Finance or Banking experience preferred
- 1+ year of recent Customer Service experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player personality
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Computer/Software savvy
- Bilingual Spanish-English preferred
