CUSTOMER CLAIM ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Processing of returns management;
• Creation of initial statements, interim reports as well as final reports in the form of an 8D report / customer complaint report;
• Application of various Quality methods e.g. 8D method, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.;
• Use / application of various customer systems / portals for processing the complaint processes;
• Execution of various bookings while processing complaints;
• Creation of various evaluations;
• Daily international communication with the respective production plants for the purpose of information coordination.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in electronics, engineering or similar technical courses;
• Excellent English language skills;
• German language would be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in the field of quality, knowledge of Quality methods (Yellow belt would be an advantage);
• Analytical thinking and structured working style;
• Diligence, ability to work in a team and independently;
• Good communications skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, experience working with SAP or other ERP system.

Information regarding Base Salary

From 2000 to 2150 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
