Customer Care Technicians (CCT’s) directly impact company success through efficient and effective resolution of a wide array of customer issues. ITI’s in-depth product training ensures our CCT’s are prepared to confidently and professionally serve our customers in a timely manner. From answering basic questions to remotely troubleshooting a machine, our CCT’s are equipped to keep our products working and customers smiling. The training received as a Customer Care Technician is a great jumpstart to your career in the Technology industry.

Pay Rate: Bilingual in Spanish/English start at $17 and move to $20 after additional training(plus shift differential)

This position is also eligible for up to $1250 quarterly bonus

Positions are located onsite in the Fort Wayne, IN Customer Care Center.

We have several schedule options available.

What do you do as Customer Care Specialist:

  • Answers inquiries from customers about services and programs offered by ITI
  • Explain processes and procedures for loading, and changing material associated with various self-service terminals
  • Performs research to respond to customer inquiries
  • Provides accurate, timely information meeting the customer's needs through problem resolution
  • Escalates customer issues or concerns to next level support and/or management as appropriate
  • Maintains customer confidentiality while complying with privacy regulations
  • Serve customers in a professional and solution oriented manner
  • Learn, retain, and apply information about programs and services
  • Have a comprehension of virtual assistance
  • Remotely access equipment to resolve hardware and software issues
  • Dispatch field technicians
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma/GED or Associate's Degree in lieu of required experience
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a Customer Care environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential information
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal with a collaborative style
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and external customers (e.g. managements, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.)
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives tasks to completion
