With the Diamonds Direct Customer Care position, we are looking for a RHINO that will serve as the key piece of in-store daily operations, because without YOU, there is no US! Responsibilities
- Accept jewelry for repair
- Assist our Sales team with customer orders
- Answer any customer related concerns
- Facilitate delivery of merchandise to customers

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
