Customer Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office as well as exceptional customer service.

Hours 9am-6pm M-F 1hr for lunch 

Bonus opportunity's throughout the year, plus season end bonus. 

Responsibilities: 

- Answer and direct phone calls 

- Data entry

- Organize and schedule appointments 

- Maintain a filing system for important documents 

- Assist with the preparation of documents such as reports

- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory 

- Ensure the office is kept clean and presentable at all times 

Requirements: 

- High school diploma or equivalent 

- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role preferred, but willing   to train the right candidate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite 

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

- Strong attention to detail

- Reliable Transportation
