Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the financial services and insurance sectors.
- Utilize provided leads to drive sales and meet sales targets.
- No cold calling, door-to-door, or network marketing involved.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a strong client focus and uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness.
- Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
- Work independently in a self-paced environment while staying driven and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to maintain a client-focused approach while meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
- Experience in financial services or insurance sales is a plus but not required.
