Position type: Full-time/Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Cranberry Township Pennsylvania 16066 United States.

Fully Onsite Role

English/French requirement - verbal and written

May respond to e-mail inquiries. Customer service is the primary function but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and records consistent problem areas. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. College degree is not a prerequisite but nice to have.

*This role will be 100% onsite at the Cranberry office.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
