We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Professional to support the day-to-day operations of our bustling office. We need an energetic, customer-focused, and highly organized individual who excels in efficiency, time management, and scheduling coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Booking inbound appointments for service, installation, and sales consultations
- Finding effective solutions for customer needs and coordinating resources promptly
- Conducting outbound calls to schedule appointments with contractors, customers, and team members
- Processing invoices and payments accurately
- Assisting in tracking and managing inventory levels
- Running essential business operation reports
- Maintaining confidentiality while managing office files
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Proven background in customer service
- Sales ability to close consultation appointments is a plus
- Social media experience is advantageous

This position will include paid vacation and PTO which begins to accumulate during the first, full month of employment.
