We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Professional to support the day-to-day operations of our bustling office. We need an energetic, customer-focused, and highly organized individual who excels in efficiency, time management, and scheduling coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking inbound appointments for service, installation, and sales consultations
  • Finding effective solutions for customer needs and coordinating resources promptly
  • Conducting outbound calls to schedule appointments with contractors, customers, and team members
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately
  • Assisting in tracking and managing inventory levels
  • Running essential business operation reports
  • Maintaining confidentiality while managing office files
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Proven background in customer service
  • Sales ability to close consultation appointments is a plus
  • Social media experience is advantageous

Benefits:

This position will include paid vacation and PTO which begins to accumulate during the first, full month of employment. Major medical, dental, and vision coverage are available after a 30-day probationary period. Employees can participate in the company-matched 401k program after a six-month waiting period.
