We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide world-class support for our customers and sales team. At ModifyHealth we will change lives by making dietary modification simple. Candidates should have a positive attitude and service mentality.
Essential Job Functions
- Works directly with patients to answer questions and provide the support needed to help them get the most out of our program
- Responds to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Documents inbound leads into our CRM, ensuring data is accurate and complete
- Handles customers’ concerns/complaints when things don’t go as planned. Exceeds expectations, turning a potentially negative experience into a positive one
- Pro-actively advises the management team on positive trends or any persistent issues to help us improve our service and patient impact
- Builds strong relationships with business leaders across the organization and develops an understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities to help
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years Customer Care experience
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Abilities Required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills

Shift: Thursday-Monday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM or Friday-Monday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Hourly Range: $16.00-$21.00 an hour.
