The Customer Care Clerk will perform data entry into the DPS system. Compensation range is $16-$20/hr depending on experience.
Essential Functions:
- Process pre-move surveys of domestic moves and enter into DPS system
- Download Government Bill of Ladings from DPS system and transmit to appropriate parties, including agent and dispatch
- Enter shipment information into DPS system as process requires, i.e. weights and preapprovals
- Monitor DPS queues to ensure moves are processed in a timely manner
- Audit billing records to ensure they can be billed in the DPS system
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Efficient data entry ability
- Knowledge of company software
- Problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or its equivalent
- Preferred: Previous military move experience
- Required: Data entry experience
