Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in organizing and conducting customer training sessions and webinars
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
