Job Description
- As a Customer Care Advocate, you will Coordinate customer order fulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in a friendly and professional manner.
- You will Facilitate problem resolution in the order fulfillment process utilizing supply chain knowledge and resources.
- Coordinate successful order fulfillment, ensuring accurate application of information, while demonstrating an understanding of order entry system and sufficient knowledge of logistics policies and Customer Service procedures to maintain internal controls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and take orders by phone and input orders so they can be shipped within 24 hours.
- Build and maintain loyal relationships with internal and external customers, using personal or other soft skill phone etiquette tools to exceed customer expectations in addition to offering the customer solutions/options as a result of effective problem solving.
- Provide superior service to sales personnel and customers with current information on products, stock availability, shipping information and customer requirements. Be able to suggest alternative plans when orders cannot be serviced as requested.
- Work with internal and External interfaces (Shipping Department, Field Sales Team, Marketing, Accounting, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customers and Distributors).

Requirements:
- Job skills:
o Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
o At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
o Excellent customer service skills, able to respond promptly to customer needs.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Able to balance team and individual responsibilities.
o Able to set goals and objectives, understand procedures and accept constructive criticism.
o Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effectively with peers, management members and customers.
o High motivated, "team player"
o Paying attention to the small details and very well organized
- Computer skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o SAP, Medical Device and Saleforce.com experience a plus

Compensation/Benefits – Salary 25 $ Per hour.
