We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our dedicated support team. As a Customer Care Advisor at Nuvei, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our merchants.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve inquiries and provide assistance
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
- Identify and escalate priority issues and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Knowledge of payment processing systems or experience in the financial industry is a plus
