We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our dedicated support team. As a Customer Care Advisor at Nuvei, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our merchants.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve inquiries and provide assistance
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
• Identify and escalate priority issues and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
• Provide product information and technical support to customers
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or support role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• Knowledge of payment processing systems or experience in the financial industry is a plus
