Maggie’s customers are consumers who purchase our products on www.maggiesorganics.com and retail buyers who purchase our products at wholesale prices to carry in their stores. Consumers frequently call and email with questions about fit, our Real Fair Trade practices, and how to manage returns. Retail buyers may contact us asking for information about things like sale prices, shipping, or to order directly over the phone. We also reach retail buyers thru brokers, who act as our external sales force. We work to answer broker questions and get them all the information they need to act well as our intermediaries.

As a Customer + Broker Service Specialist at Maggie’s, you will play an important role on the frontlines with our valued customers and Brokers. The way you support them will have a direct impact on the reputation and financial success of our business. You will also learn important feedback that should be relayed back to the rest of the business, in our effort to continually improve.

Our company is based in beautiful Dexter, Michigan, and we love our community. This position will be full-time and on-site, 9am to 5pm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound customer communications including inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email providing clear and informative responses.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Maggie’s Organics products, production processes, and Real Fair Trade principes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive satisfactory resolution in line with our values.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to facilitate our continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communicator with strong empathy and patience
  • Positive outlook
  • Adept in key soft skills including adaptability, flexibility, and problem solving
  • Organization
  • Ability to manage information in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfort with Microsoft Teams or willingness to learn
  • Comfort with NetSuite CRM or willingness to learn
  • Interest in what our brand stands for
