Customer Ambassador - Retail

Key Responsibilities - Customer Sales Ambassador:

• Engage with customers professionally and amicably, actively listening to their needs and offering effective solutions.
• Promote and sell a diverse array of client products through in-depth product knowledge and persuasive communication.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring customers are satisfied.
• Foster and manage robust customer relationships to elevate the customer experience and foster repeat business.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members and management to attain team goals and enhance overall performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Be open to flexible work hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs and meet business demands.
• Strive for continuous improvement and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Qualifications - Customer Sales Ambassador:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive outlook.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and embrace flexible hours.
• Goal-driven with a desire to surpass sales targets.
• Effective handling of customer inquiries and objections.
• Team player mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the capability to learn and utilize sales software.
