Key Responsibilities - Customer Sales Ambassador:
- Engage with customers professionally and amicably, actively listening to their needs and offering effective solutions.
- Promote and sell a diverse array of client products through in-depth product knowledge and persuasive communication.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring customers are satisfied.
- Foster and manage robust customer relationships to elevate the customer experience and foster repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members and management to attain team goals and enhance overall performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Be open to flexible work hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs and meet business demands.
- Strive for continuous improvement and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
Qualifications - Customer Sales Ambassador:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive outlook.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
