Custom Sales Representative, Presenter, Demonstrator (Entry to Mid-level, Training Provided)

Position Summary:

We are experiencing tremendous growth and seeking someone like you, who is a dedicated, enthusiastic Custom Presentation Consultant (Presenter, Demonstrator, Closer) who connects with people and has an entrepreneurial spirit!

• As an award-winning home improvement company featuring quality Pella Window and Doors. The unique shop-at-home approach (scheduled presentations) provides YOU the opportunity to make a difference and improve the daily lives of customers by helping them design, select and purchase from you for their living spaces.
• Will follow-up and oversee all customer appointment opportunities through effective time management skills and efficient use of CRM (contact management software).
• You will also develop and execute ways to stay connected with customers by handling all customer requests, both timely and professionally.
• Develop and maintain solid team-based relationships and communications with internal personnel.
• Visit and/or contact all jobs during and/or post installation to ensure a World Class Customer Experience.
• Continually update knowledge of Pella and competitor products.

Other Skills & Abilities:

• Outstanding people skills, easily connects with others
• Ability to present sample products up to 50lbs
• Reliable transportation to transport samples.

Compensation Overview/Example:

• 1st-year Custom Sales Presenters earn 80K to 90K. (Base, Commission & Bonus)
• 2nd-year Custom Sales Presenters earn $100K to 120K (Base, Commission & Bonus)
