We are seeking an experienced and meticulous In-House Tailor and Alterations Specialist with a specialization in men's suit fitting. This role encompasses both dressing and pinning clients for precise measurements and alterations, as well as working on garments provided by associates to achieve a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Client Fittings: Dress and pin clients for precise measurements, ensuring an exceptional fitting experience. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences and recommend alterations as needed for a flawless fit.
• Associate Support: Take pinned garments and measurements from associates and colleagues, interpreting their requirements accurately. Provide guidance and expertise on altering men's suits, trousers, jackets, and shirts.
• Alterations Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in men's suit alterations to perform tasks such as hemming, tapering, resizing, and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a meticulous approach to alterations, conducting thorough inspections to ensure all garments meet Sasa Milano's exacting standards.
• Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the sales team to provide style advice and guidance on alterations, contributing to a seamless customer journey.
• Equipment and Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition, allowing you to achieve precision in every alteration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and specialization in men's suit alterations is essential.
• Exceptional proficiency in taking precise measurements, dressing clients, and pinning garments.

Salary:
The salary for the In-House Tailor and Alterations Specialist position at Sasa Milano is competitive 50k+ and commensurate with experience. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
