Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Train new employees on customer service procedures and company policies
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is preferred
