Custodian/Maintenance Vet Hospital (Part-Time)

Our facility is located in Irvine, CA, which is ranked #1 as the safest big city in the USA. Newport Beach is 15-minutes away from us, and we also have some great dining and shopping just around the corner.

Practice Overview

We are a one of a kind, family owned veterinary hospital. Our practice is built around the client and pet experience, and we have grown faster than any practice in the area over the last 4 years. We are excited about our upcoming move to a brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital positioned in a great location. We have over 7 Fear Free certified doctors and believe in an open hospital philosophy where we try not to separate pets from their owners throughout the entire visit. On top of focusing on the client and pet experience, we provide a full range of services including wellness care and emergency care with 24/7 support. We have a culture based on the core values of family, compassion, excellence, integrity, and a genuine desire to be of service to others.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Maintain a clean hospital, ensuring the comfort of all pets, clients and staff
• Clean the interior of building including floors, matts, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory
• Maintain outdoor of the building porche, stairs, and trash around the facility
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean, stock and maintain restrooms
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
