Custodian/Janitor

Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Handle commercial and industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a sanitary environment
- Assist with porter duties such as trash removal and recycling
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed (Grounds keeping)

Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning practices
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and maintaining various floor types
- Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices for maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.20 - $18.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
