We are seeking a Part- Time (0.2 FTE) Custodian/Housekeeper to join our White Lake Clinic team!
Hours: Monday - Friday (8-10 hours per week)
The purpose of Custodian/Housekeeper is to help to maintain a healthy, well maintained, clean environment for patients and staff of NorthLakes Community Clinic. Housekeeping will help to ensure cleanliness of facilities meet OSHA standards and create a welcoming environment where patients feel safe.
The Custodian/Housekeeper cleans exam rooms and operatories, bathrooms, laboratories, offices, halls, clinic lobby and any other areas by performing the following duties:
- Washes and sanitizes exam tables and chairs.
- Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
- Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
- Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floor.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Makes sure all assigned areas are clean, neat and tidy
- Replenishes tissues, towels, and soaps in rest rooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Polishes metalwork.
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets.
- Transports trash and recycling to appropriate disposal areas.
- Complies with HIPAA

Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Three months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
