Custodian (part time), Structures & Grounds

Job Description:

(24 hours/week)

Semi skilled manual work involving responsibility for the care and maintenance of a public building or buildings and related equipment; all other related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

One year of experience in clerical or maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Class D drivers license required.

Ability to obtain pesticide license within probationary period may be required.

General knowledge of cleaning materials and methods.

Ability to perform moderately physical labor.

Basic skills in performing preventative maintenance on plant and equipment.

Considered essential personnel for emergency operations.

$21.51 hourly, 24 hours per week + benefits
