Salary: (B21) per Custodian Work Agreement with range of $18.12 - $19.80 per hour
Supervisor of Position: Chris Wirz, Maintenance Program Supervisor
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Special Class 'C' Boiler's License is required or must obtain within six months. Requires the ability to stand/walk for extended period of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff.
Summary of Duties: Knowledge and experience in modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs, and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc). The Night Lead will be present in the building Monday through Friday for afternoon and evening scheduled building usage throughout the 12 month calendar year. The Night Lead will secure facility after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows, and setting the alarm. Must be available for some weekend hours as assigned.
