Curriculum Developer – Pensacola, FL – Current TS/SCI Clearance Required
TECHSOFT is seeking a Curriculum Developer for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) curriculum development and maintenance for the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) Information Warfare (IW) courses.
Location: Pensacola, FL
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the Navy Information Warfare (IW) community. Knowledgeable in Navy Command and Control (C2), Battlespace Awareness (BA), or cyber warfare systems and networks
- 3+ years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Officer Products (EXCEL, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and instructional tools including web-based, classroom, and video teleconferencing.
- 2+ years of experience designing instruction and applying principles of adult learning theories and methodologies to assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation and practical knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of curriculum.
- Possesses practical knowledge and skill in the evaluation of Instructional Media Materials (IMM) for interactive courseware to design products (e.g., flowcharts, storyboards, and computer program design documents), and task-based training in accordance with NAVEDTRA 130 series.
- Experience developing performance-based training materials/assessments using SalesForce, Word, MOODLE, and other compatible with the current Learning Management System.
- Updating training materials as needed to support client needs.
