Job description

Nemours is seeking a Culture and Talent Coach to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, Delaware.

This is a hybrid position.

Culture and Talent Coach will work in a team led by the Director, Culture and Coaching to provide high quality, measurable coaching sessions associated with Nemours Culture and Talent Development programs and on-going leadership coaching. The Culture and Talent Coach should have significant experience in facilitating effective adult learning to deliver a consistently high-quality coaching program experience and delivering a challenging and supportive coaching experience to leadership at various levels. The Culture and Talent Coach will partner with leaders to help them make progress on their own leadership goals and serve as a model of outstanding coaching practice connected to Nemours Core Competencies and Standards of Behavior. A Culture and Talent Coach must have a strong desire to help our leadership program participants thrive in their careers and lead the organizations service lines effectively for the benefit of their associates and the children and families we serve. Alongside the Director, Culture and Coaching you will guide cohorts of organizational leaders through our comprehensive coaching program types. Nemours Culture and Talent Development is looking for individuals who share our passion for developing leadership for the communities we serve.

  • Provides timely delivery of a range of in-person and virtual services to leaders connected to the leadership development and coaching strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organization.
  • Uses identified instruments and surveys (e.g., Survey Monkey, Engagement Metrics, Microsoft Office, and vendor platforms) to measure results, update dashboards, analyze individual and group behavior, and collaborates with the Culture & Talent Development team and HR throughout the enterprise with a continuous improvement approach to the leadership coaching experience. 
  • Supports our leaders to ensure maximum impact and benefit from their development and the successful implementation of their learning and growth within their teams and service lines. 
  • Partner with leaders to ensure learning outcomes and objectives for the different coaching paths are met and the programs are delivered with diversity of approach to meet the needs of each leader.
  • Bring teams together, navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics, and helping build a psychologically safe environment where leaders can effectively collaborate on a range of issues.
  • Supports and facilitates on endeavors to firmly entrench the Standards of Behavior in Nemours culture in partnership with Director, Culture and Coaching.
  • Provides support and facilitation of change management, organization effectiveness and performance management. 
  • Works in partnership with the HR Culture and Talent, Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and HR leadership to orchestrate cultural and change initiatives that support Nemours' strategies and goals.
  • Takes a continuous improvement perspective to overall job to reduce redundancies and increase efficiencies.   
  • Approximately 15-20% travel required to enterprise locations based on organization and team needs.  

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree required.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience required.
  • International Coach Federation Coaching Credential or similar type coaching credential preferred.
