Cultivation Tech - Phoenix

Mint Cannabis is seeking to employ a Trim Lead at our Encanto Location

Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, value teamwork, have professional integrity, a strong sense of personal accountability, and be career oriented.

This individual would be responsible for plant care/maintenance as well as keeping the cultivation area clean. Their main duties would include but are not limited to;

• General plant care such as pruning and defoliation.
• Mixing and applying nutrients to plants.
• Transplanting.
• Populating.
• Cloning.
• Routine cleaning of cultivation rooms and work areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. §36-2801.10
• 1 year experience in a Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Facility
• Valid Identification
• Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. §36-2801.10

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of the grow warehouse.

Knowledge of the cannabis plant.

Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail.

WAGE: $14/hr
