Cultivation Specialist - Harrison Township

We have an opening for a Cultivation Specialist. This role will be responsible for helping coordinate general labor tasks assigned to General Production Team Member. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-orientated, flexible, and willing to lead a small team through daily routine tasks in the cultivation facility.

•Coordinate daily workflow and ensure all daily assigned tasks are completed by the General Production Team Members to include all cultivation related tasks, like deleafing, transplanting, and harvesting

•Assist with the setup of daily work to support the Head Grower or Direct of Cultivation

•Serve as the first line of communication for questions, training, and concerns of General Production Team Members

•Assist General Production Team Members with meeting daily objectives in the cultivation facility

•Examine and inspect General Production Team Members work for quality control and accuracy

•Ensure all Company policies and procedures are followed and report any issues to the Head Grower or Director of Cultivation promptly

•Ensure all cleaning and sanitizing, including utensils and equipment, are completed in accordance with SOPs and QA sanitation standards

•Other duties as assigned

•Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check

•At least 6 months of demonstrated leadership skills

•Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work, to include working with minimum supervision

•Must be able to work with delicate precision and strong attention to detail

•Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate between the General Production Team and facility leadership

•Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch

•Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 or more pounds
