General Function: The Cultivation Manager will be overseeing all aspects of a cultivation operation to ensure production demands are met.
Primary Responsibilities: A successful candidate must be able to perform all duties satisfactorily.
Cultivation Manager primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining best horticultural practices & standards, as well as following and improving upon all company SOPs
- Follow all MED rules and regulations
- Maintaining the health of plants during all stages of production
- Formulation and implementation of growing strategies and techniques to improve quality and yield
- Writing and understanding production calendars and schedules with organizational mindfulness & foresight regarding production demands and required testing
- Creating, executing and fine-tuning fertilizer regimes and watering schedules
- Creating and improving upon Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs to prevent and mitigate problems proactively and effectively
- Being a mechanically inclined worker with a fundamental understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Overseeing all aspects of cultivation activities
- Overseeing all stages of production from clone to harvest
- Assist in creating a positive work environment for all team members
- Assist in facility cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist in receiving, inventory management, and stocking materials
- Assist with Metrc entry and associated tasks
- Effectively training and managing cultivation team members on all horticultural duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
