CULTIVATION MANAGER
As a Cultivation Manager at Haven, you will join a team of industry leaders who strive for excellence. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing the cultivation team and processes at one of our modern facilities dedicated to pushing the limits of cannabis cultivation. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the cultivation team:
Manage the cultivation schedule to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
Schedule the daily work priorities;
Supervise tasks from clone through harvest to ensure they are performed optimally and per our SOPs;
Train and coach new and existing cultivation team members as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment is maintained
Execute on our data-driven cultivation methodologies:
Monitor plant health and environmental variables including: PAR, temperature, humidity, VPD, media water content, oxygen availability, pH, nutrition, and pest pressure.
Make adjustments to to irrigation and environment control systems to optimize plant health
The Cultivation Manager is supported by a) An engineering team for equipment maintenance, repairs, and improvements. b) A plant science team led by a PhD plant scientist. c) A human resources department d) Other Cultivation Managers

VALUED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Cannabis experience is NOT REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years management experience, including direct supervision of 10+ people.
Minimum 3 years of cultivation experience (indoor or greenhouse)
Knowledge of plant physiology and morphology
Knowledge of crop irrigation/fertigation
Knowledge of environmental control
Knowledge of commercial cultivation
Knowledge of plant diseases and pests

JOB REQUIREMENTS
On-site work
Physical fitness is necessary to perform manual labor tasks sometimes required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Extended time standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching
Close visual focus is required
Extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects
Required to lift objects regularly, and perform daily repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for 100 feet
