Position Summary:

Nirvana Center is looking for dedicated applicants, who are inspired by our vision and want to become a part of our expansion.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the "Cultivation Assistant" role is to help with harvesting plants, plant maintenance, facility upkeep, & possible trimming. This position is fast-paced, mostly repetitive, and with primarily physical labor. You will be working indoors (60 - 80 degrees), & might be required to wear a uniform. We are looking for good candidates who have a "good attitude", respect team members, plants, & place of work. Cultivation assistant duties may include some admin duties such as ordering supplies, paying utilities, compliance paperwork, sending products for testing, etc. They should have the ability to manage high stress, and high urgency situations and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Most importantly, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of this role.

Quality Control:

Assisting with our I.P.M. (Integrated Pest Management) & over plant maintenance and health.

Job Qualifications:

• Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-2804.01
• Arizona Drivers License (Plastic copy Required)
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Cannabis experience preferred.
• Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals, while consistently producing quality work at a steady pace
• Ability to use hands repetitively for grasping, pushing, pulling and cutting
• Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
• Ensures all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality, compliance, and successfully conforms to all state regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Must have strong organizational and analytical abilities and advanced math skills
• Must demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills
• Must maintain compassion for the Cannabis community
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays. We are open 365 days a year. If needed.
